HOW TO BID
Within the body (description) of each items listing, you will see DIFFERENT COLORED numbers. These numbers are very important because they set the criteria for each item's listing.
The RED number signifies how many BID POSITIONS are available for sale for that particular item. As each bid position is purchased the auction becomes closer to opening live, which is when the bidding will begin.
The BLUE number signifies how much each Bid Position will cost for that particular item. Once you have purchased your bid position, no other money needs to be paid. Only the auction winning bidder will have a nominal end selling price to pay.
The NAVY BLUE number signifies the number of FREE "BidClicks" that are deposited into your account when you purchase a Bid Position.
The GREEN number signifies the SSRP (Suppliers Suggested Retail Price) for that particular item.
The OLIVE number signifies the REMAINING number of Bid Positions still available for sale for that particular item.
Log in first, then you can purchase your Bid Position by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link located on the home page and you will be directed quite easily from there.
1heluvadeal Penny Auctions is an auction with a twist, WE DO NOT USE BIDS, THEREFORE NONE NEED TO BE PURCHASED. NO OTHER AUCTION DOES THIS.
As you view each items listing you will see that we have drastically cut down the competiton for you, by limiting the amount of people who are allowed to bid on an item, your chances of winning your favorite item have increased 100 fold. In addition, your account is deposited with FREE "BidClicks" which eliminate the need for you to purchase any bids like you have to do on ALL other auctions. With FREE bidding at your disposal, you can now concentrate on your bidding strategy and outhink your competition instead of having to worry about how much money you are spending. NO NEED TO BE SCARED OFF FROM BIDDING BY THE BIG SPENDERS, EVERYONE HAS AN EVEN CHANCE AT WINNING.
Once the auction goes live, the items listing will automatically be displayed on the site with its thumbnail picture, along with the count down clock and auction end time. TO PLACE A BID, you will see a red "Place your bid" button located under the clock of the item you wish to bid on. Simply click the button and your bid will be placed first in line above all other bidders. Each bid placed increases the countdown clock timer by a few seconds and increases the end selling price by 1-12 cents.
Note: A "BidClick" does not have any monetary value, its sole purpose is to activate the auction software when you place a bid.
Good luck.
